The Neighborhood
Broadway Square is the epicenter of energy in downtown Fargo. It is home to R.D. Offutt Company headquarters, Bobcat-Doosan Innovation hub, Emerging Prairie, private condos, office space, award-winning Jasper Hotel & Rosewild restaurant, and numerous shopping and food experiences. This community plaza hosts regular events, such as the infamous Red River Market, ice skating, and live music performances.

Island Park, Fargo's oldest and largest park, is a short walk away, as well as frisbee golf, bike trails, and river activities.
